Chippendale Birch Low Chest of Drawers having a molded top, four graduated drawers, beaded drawer surrounds, and straight bracket feet centered by a dropped pendant.
All original except brasses (which are of the period).
Salem, Massachusetts, circa 1775.
Secondary woods: white pine and maple (rear foot supports).
