Outstanding Chippendale Walnut Blanket Chest having a lift lid concealing a hinged til, two overlapping drawers, retaining their original brasses, flanked by cyma-shaped stiles, original wrought iron escutcheon and side carrying handles, all on beautiful ogee bracket feet.
All original except grab-lock (which is of the period) and portions of two brass escutcheons.
