Chippendale Mahogany Quarter-Column Chest of Drawers

 Chippendale Mahogany Chest of Drawers bold having fluted quarter columns, four overlapping drawers, original beaded bail brasses, and ogee bracket feet.

Early construction with cedar drawer bottoms running front to back and rose-head nails.

Philadelphia, circa 1765.

Secondary woods:  white cedar and poplar.

Width 40 ¼” (39” @ case), depth 20 ¾”, height 33 ½”.
