Fine Chippendale Walnut Reverse-Serpentine Chest of Drawers
Outstanding Chippendale Carved Walnut Reverse-Serpentine Chest of
Drawers having a molded top shaped to follow the contour of the case, four
graduated long drawers below with beaded drawer surrounds, nicely executed
ball and claw feet centered by a carved dropped pendant, and retaining a
fine old finish and choice golden patina.
All original except brasses (which are of the period) and other customary minor repairs.
Massachusetts, circa 1770.
